Eligibility:

D. Pharm

Candidates should have passed two years 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination of any approved board or university with not less than 50% marks in any combination comprising of P.C.M./P.C.B.

(5% of marks is relaxed in case of SC/ST candidates)

The age of the candidate must be of age group between 17 years to 24 years as on 31st December of the year of admission to the course and upper age limit is relaxable by 3(three) years for ST/SC/OBC candidates.

B. Pharm

Candidates should have passed two year 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination of any approved board or university with not less than 55% marks in any combination comprising of P.C.M./P.C.B.

(5% of marks is relaxed in case of SC/ST candidates)

The age of the candidate must be of age group between 17 years to 24 years as on 31st December of the year of admission to the course and upper age limit is relaxable by 3(three) years for ST/SC/OBC candidates.

Scan copies of documents to be attached:

  • Copy of mark sheet and Certificate of 10+2.
  • Copy for proof of Date of Birth (Admit card of 10th).
  • A recent passport size colour photograph of the applicant.
  • Copy of transaction receipt (an amount of rupees seven hundred only to be deposited in the below-mentioned account number as application fee)

Note:

  • This notice is valid until this COVID-19 pandemic lockdown period exists. Thereafter the procedure for application will be changed and re-notified accordingly.
  • Selected applicants will have to submit the hardcopy of the filled-up application form along with the photocopies of the above-mentioned documents, once the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown is over.  
  • Sending a filled-up application form along with processing fee doesn’t confirm the admission of the applicant. Once the filled form reaches, a test/interview of the applicant will be conducted and based on the test/interview performance admission of the applicant will be confirmed. Selection for Govt. quota seats will be separately arranged either by The Institute or by The Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Assam.
